I’m Charlotte
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 having felt lazy, broken, unlovable and rubbish at this “human” thing for all of my conscious life.
I’d spent years feeling inadequate, hiding my struggles behind good academic performance, a seemingly ‘successful’ career and a home life that ticked all the right societal boxes.
Inside was a painful jumble of shame, helplessness, hopelessness and frustration, with a constant sprinkling of “what’s wrong with me” on top.
I was let down by a lack of medical and social understanding and research into ADHD in females and that’s what drove me to create this space.
I couldn’t be prouder to have set up
The ADHD Empowerment Space, and I’m
welcoming you with open arms to come
and discover, learn and grow together.
Not sure what you need yet? Let’s talk it through.
